ERIC SABLE

Eric M. Sable has been an associate at Sperber Denenberg and Kahan PC since February of 2011. He received his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in May of 2010 and his Bachelor's of Arts Degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison in May of 2007. While studying at New York Law School, he was an active member of the Center for Real Estate Studies, where he focused on all aspects of real estate transactions and litigation. Mr. Sable appears daily in the Housing Part of the Civil Court of New York in summary holdover and nonpayment proceedings. Additionally, he prepares various pleadings and motions handled by the firm. Mr. Sable is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. |
